【Science of Fermentation】Partnership between Indigenous People and Microorganism

This the third of the three episodes that National Taiwan Science Education Center planned for The Invisible Diversity: Fermentation, Science, and Microorganism project.
The Invisible Diversity: Fermentation, Science and Microorganism project episodes invite the audiences to explore fermentation and its science through different angles.
This episode, “Partnership between Indigenous People and Microorganism” begins with Tayal people’s ideology that the forest as their refrigerator. In the episode, audiences get the chance to know this self-sufficient refrigerator through interviews. This episode also includes two close interviews with two Tayal people. Their personal and cultural experiences with fermentation carries the way for human beings to collaborate with microorganisms.
